Welcome! The Campton Educational Support Personnel Association represents the custodians, food service personnel, secretaries, non-instructional aides, Title I tutor, and para-educators employed at Campton Elementary School. We came together to form the union in 1988 so that together, we could have a stronger voice and negotiate a contract. We proudly affiliated with AFT in 1996. (See Below to view a copy of our local constitution.) Since our first contract we’ve taken many steps forward in our working conditions, pay, and benefits.
But there’s still more to be done. You can help! Get involved—that’s how we become stronger, and improve our wages, benefits, and working conditions. To find out how you can become active in your union, contact one of your union officers.
If you’re not yet a member, we invite you to join us today, so that you can access all of the benefits of membership. You’ll also have a voice in your contract, and in the direction of the union. To move ahead, we need YOU as an active member!
