Weare Educational Support Staff (WESS) is proud to represent YOU: all paraprofessional staff in the Weare School District.
We are just one part of the vast network you have at your disposal as a Union Member. WESS works closely with AFT-NH, our state Federation, in addition to AFT, the national American Federation of Teachers, to protect your rights at work.
As a union, we have a responsibility to represent every worker, regardless of union membership. But when we have more members, and more active members, we become stronger!
